Servicing Dallas · Austin · Houston · Based in Arlington · 7 years in the tradeThe full scope of commercial glazing
Whether it’s a single storefront or a full building package, the scope below is what we self-perform. Tell us what the project needs and we’ll tell you how we’d approach it.
Storefront & curtain wall systems
Aluminum storefront and curtain wall packages for new builds and full facade replacements — engineered, supplied and installed.
Commercial entry doors
Aluminum entrances, hardware, closers and panic devices. Includes ADA-compliant configurations and replacement of failed existing entries.
Aluminum framing
Framing systems fabricated to the opening. We take the field dimensions ourselves so what shows up on site actually fits.
Glass installation & replacement
Insulated units, tempered, laminated and safety glazing — new installs and replacement of failed or broken units.
Interior glass & office partitions
Office fronts, demountable partitions and interior glazing for tenant spaces, conference rooms and lobbies.
New construction glazing
Full glazing scope from shop drawings through punch list, coordinated with the GC’s schedule and the rest of the trades.
Tenant improvements
Build-outs and remodels in occupied buildings, phased and scheduled around the tenants already operating there.
Custom commercial glass
Made-to-spec glass for the openings that don’t come out of a catalog — odd sizes, custom shapes and specialty finishes.
Repair & service
Broken glass, failed seals, door hardware and closers. Service work on existing buildings, including emergency board-up and glass replacement.
Every project type gets approached differently
A ground-up build isn’t planned like an occupied tenant space, and a portfolio of properties isn’t planned like a single storefront. Tell us your case and we’ll tell you how we’d approach it.
General contractors
Full glazing scope on your schedule, with submittals and lead times in writing so we don’t hold up the trades behind us. We’ve worked as a sub on both ground-up and renovation packages.
Property owners and developers
Facade replacements, storefront upgrades and building-wide glass packages. One contact from bid through punch list, and a written scope you can take to your lender or your board.
Property managers
Service work and phased replacements across multiple properties. We schedule by priority, invoice per property or as one package, and handle the tenant coordination.
Offices, retail and multifamily
Office fronts, storefront glass and unit-by-unit window work. We work nights and weekends so retail never closes and tenants stay put.
From small tenant improvements to large-scale construction
Our team is ready to help. We understand the importance of quality, scheduling, communication, and dependable installation on every job.
We work to your schedule
Glazing sits between the framing and the finishes, so a late glazier holds up everyone behind them. We give you dates in writing and work nights, weekends or in phases to hold them.
One point of contact
You deal with the owner of the company from bid to punch list. No middleman subcontractor to chase when you need an answer on site.
Submittals and specs handled
Shop drawings, product data and specifications delivered in the format your architect and GC actually need — not a napkin sketch.
Everything in writing
Scope, price, lead times and warranty on paper before we mobilize. It’s what your PM and your attorney are going to ask for anyway.
